Process Flow

 

Blanking process: According to the requirements of the production order, cut the material to prepare for the welding process.

 

Welding process: After the materials are cut, they are transported to Workshop No. 1 for welding of various frame components, and the semi-finished products after welding are ground.

 

Frame assembly process: Assemble the welded components to form a complete frame structure and perform grinding treatment on the entire frame.

 

Frame inspection process: Quality inspectors inspect the entire frame to ensure the quality of the frame products.

 

Powder coating process: Perform overall electrostatic spraying and baking varnish operations on the accepted frame.

 

Assembly process: Workers install all components such as the floor, circuits, walls, doors and Windows, etc. on the sprayed frame to complete the assembly of the entire product.

 

Finished product acceptance process: After assembly is completed, quality inspection personnel conduct the final acceptance of the finished products.

Packaging and warehousing process: After the finished products are cleaned and inspected by the quality inspectors in the factory and the customers, they are packed and stored in the warehouse, ready for shipment. During packaging, protective measures must be taken as required to prevent damage from bumps and knocks during transportation.

Due to the special materials and folding structure of the double-wing house, customers need to carry out appropriate maintenance and care after receiving the house and during subsequent use. The specific requirements are as follows:

After receiving the goods:

Due to long transportation time, uncertain road conditions and other reasons, it is necessary to check whether the product's appearance has any bumps or paint damage. If there is any damage, it needs to be repainted before installation. If the usage environment is special and requires additional anti-corrosion treatment, a comprehensive treatment should also be carried out before installation.

After installation is completed

(For the installation process, please refer to the installation video.) Inspect the gaps around the house and the waterproof tape at the roof joints. If any damage or omission is found, carry out repairs. During the installation process, galvanized screws and other fastening accessories can also be painted or not based on the local actual situation.

During use:

It is necessary to regularly inspect the aging and damage of the butyl waterproof tape on the roof. It is generally recommended to do so once every six months. In areas with high temperatures and strong winds, the inspection frequency should be increased, and the butyl tape can be appropriately reinforced to prevent softening and falling off due to wind. If used in rainy areas, it is recommended to be equipped with a triangular roof for better waterproofing effect.

According to the local environment, check the rusting condition of installation accessories such as screws and fastening screws around the room from time to time. If any signs of rusting are found, anti-corrosion treatments such as touch-up painting should be carried out.
